These Terms of Service govern access to ShiftGrok products, including ShiftGrok Pay and the vertical productivity tools that use this billing service. By creating an account, starting a trial, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.
Service
ShiftGrok provides web-based scheduling, operations, collaboration, and business productivity tools. Product features may vary by site and subscription tier. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features as the service evolves.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Payment processing is handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Taxes, invoices, payment methods, and checkout flows may be managed through Paddle-hosted or Paddle-powered checkout experiences.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, to interfere with service operations, to reverse engineer the platform, or to upload content that infringes others' rights. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, or non-payment.
Data
You retain ownership of the business data you enter into ShiftGrok products. You grant us permission to process that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as-is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that generated outputs, calculations, or recommendations will be error-free. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShiftGrok is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
